Seasonal Practice | Spring Equinox

A 2-hour integrative experience rooted in classical yoga and reimagined for modern lives and bodies. The session will include pranayama, a flowing vinyasa sequence to build heat, and deeper stretches. Optional hands-on assists and aromatherapy will be offered to support your practice. We’ll explore the seasonal theme of the Spring Equinox and its connection to the yogic principle of Saucha (cleansing & purification). The practice concludes with a guided meditation and herbal teas. You’re welcome to spend time journaling, take away prompts for home or simply enjoy your tea!

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in unhurriedly and allow the session to start promptly at 10:00 am. There is no dedicated parking, but spaces are usually available along the green.

What to bring: Mats will not provided. We have some props available, but please bring your own mat and any additional props that support your practice, plus a notepad and pen if journaling is your thing.
